A child membership requires at least one additional adult membership

"Adult children" can be part of a family plan up to age 25.  those 26 and up must have their own membership whether a parent pays for it or not

There is a nominal cost for the medication only (steroids, antibiotics, toradol).  There is no cost for the injection itself.

We have a special pricing through labcorp that allows us to offer very low prices that are billed to us directly.  For example, comprehensive labs for an annual physical are less than $50, compared to $500 at Quest for the same tests

Insertion of estrogen and/or testosterone pellet implants, generally every 3-4 mos for women, every 5-6 mos for men.

Ultrasound measurement of the thickness of the carotid artery lining and assessment of plaque, done to screen for the earliest detectable traces of atherosclerosis.  We are passionate about making this screening available to everyone; the cost for non-members is $200.

Measurement of 19 different metrics using the SECA BCM device, including body fat %, fat mass, muscle mass, visceral fat mass, muscle as a percentile for age/gender/BMI, water ratios and more.

Most of us need some external accountability along the journey to achieve and maintain optimal health.  I consider health coaching essential to fill the gaps between longevity evaluations,  to optimize control of the negative thoughts that often sabotage your efforts, and to build confidence in your ability to succeed over the long term by balancing your desire to be healthy with all the competing priorities in your life.

The filling out of forms is not one of the included services.  In many cases we will fill out simple forms as a courtesy to our members; however we reserve the right to charge for more complicated forms.
