A child membership requires at least one additional adult membership

"adult children" can be part of a family plan up to age 25.  those 26 and up must have their own membership whether a parent pays for it or not

Includes 2 adults and 2 children up to age 25.  Each additional child under age 26 is $32 monthly.

Note: this only applies to students.  "Adult Children" 18 to 25 living out of area can still be part of family pricing.

Unlimited office/virtual visits, 24/7 access by phone/text, care coordination, annual wellness visit, EKG, lung function tests, strep tests, urinalysis, blood draws.

There is a nominal cost for the medication only (steroids, antibiotics, toradol).  There is no cost for the injection itself.

We have a special "DPC account" through labcorp that allows us to offer very low prices that are billed to us directly.

Insertion of estrogen and/or testosterone pellet implants, generally every 3-4 mos for women, every 5-6 mos for men.

Ultrasound measurement of the thickness of the carotid artery lining and assessment of plaque, done to screen for the earliest detectable traces of atherosclerosis.  We are passionate about making this screening available to everyone; the cost for non-members is $200.

Measurement of 19 different metrics using the SECA BCM device, including body fat %, fat mass, muscle mass, visceral fat mass, muscle as a percentile for age/gender/BMI, RMR, water ratios, "phase angle" and more (included in longevity center)

The filling out of forms is not one of the included services.  In many cases we will fill out simple forms as a courtesy to our members; however we reserve the right to charge for more complicated forms
